This depends on the conditions of your ticket:
I have an existing booking.
You can view your baggage allowance on your ticket email. Right below your travel schedule you will find the conditions of your ticket and the exact baggage allowance (pieces and kgs).
Baggage information can also be found at any time on our website under your profile in MyGate1. Simply log in to your profile, by using the same email address you used to make the booking. Go to your “Trip” and click on “Baggage – Information”.
Want to add (extra) baggage? Click here.
NOTE: for some airlines (e.g. Delta airline, American Airlines) it is only possible to add baggage during online check in or at the airport.
I have not booked yet
If you haven't booked yet and you want to know how much baggage you can bring, you can find this information on our website during booking, we always show if baggage is included.
Please look out for the green (included) or grey (excluded) suitcase. The maximum baggage allowance varies per route and airline. Kindly note that the most restricted fares may not include any free baggage allowance, but for most airlines you will be offered the possibility of adding baggage to your booking in just one click.
