There can be several reasons why you might not see your booking, but usually, there’s no need to worry.
Are you using the correct booking details?
Use the booking reference as stated on your ticket email, found under "Booking reference(s)".
Note: do not use the our TripID, as this is merely our internal reference.
Where are you entering your details?
Visit the official airline website and select:
- "Manage booking", "My trip", "Check-in", or similar options.
- Enter your booking reference and last name (without spaces or punctuation). Sometimes additional information is required.
Is your flight already in the airline’s system?
Sometimes bookings appear on the airline’s website only a few hours after confirmation. If you just booked, please try again later.
Special note for low-cost airlines
For low-cost airlines such as eg. Ryanair you might need to login or verify the booking first. Make sure:
- You have created a personal account.
- You linked the booking to that account using the email address from your ticket email.
Did you book a promotional fare via one of our partners?
Our partners often purchase seats in advance without passenger names known yet, to offer lower fares. In such cases, airlines cannot find your booking by name or reference, nor assist you directly. Often, you cannot manage the booking online. Please contact our partner, or contact us for help.
Still can’t find a solution?
Please double-check your ticket email and follow the instructions there. If you haven’t received your ticket email yet, check your confirmation email for the expected send date. If you still can’t access your booking, feel free to contact us — we’re happy to help.
