Whether you can change your flight, depends on the airlines' (ticket) conditions. These conditions are stated in our ticket email and via MyTrips. It will show one of two options below:
- Your booking is non-changeable
Unfortunately, we cannot help you in this case, as the airline restricts changes. If non-changeable, the airline also will not offer a refund. If you need to travel on a later date, we recommend buying a new ticket.

To assist you as quick and efficient as possible, you must submit a change request via your personal profile MyTrips. Select the desired flight(s) and confirm your request.- For some airlines you will see the expected total change fees directly and you can proceed with payment. After payment, we will work to confirm the desired flights with the airline. In exceptional cases, if we cannot confirm your request, we will contact you.
- For other airlines we need to request the options and/or costs first with the airline. We will update you via e-mail within 24 hours.
Some conditions
- Changes must always done in accordance with the airlines' conditions. We are merely assisting.
- Generally, new flight(s) must be operated by the same airline as the original booking.
- When changing online via MyTrips we show all available alternatives. If your desired flight is not listed, unfortunately a change to that flight is not possible.
- If you depart within 24 hours, we often cannot assist on time (eg. if we need approval from the airline). In that case, we advise to contact the airline directly. You can claim your legal right for assistance, as the airline has a service obligation towards their passengers.
- Change availability and minimum change fees are shown online in MyTrips.
