For all long-haul flights, this is never possible. Your ticket is a personalized document, often linked to personal details (eg. for immigration, safety, etc).
For some shorter flights, operated by low cost airlines, full passenger changes are sometimes permitted. Please submit you request via MyTrips, as stated on this page and we will check your options. If allowed, airline always charges high change fees for passenger changes.
