I cannot travel (eg. due sickness). What can I do?

If you are unable to travel due to illness or a medical reasons (such as hospitalization, surgery, or a doctor's advice not to travel), generally, the standard cancellation conditions of the airline apply.


What you can do

  • You can find the ticket conditions in your ticket e-mail or on MyTrips.
  • Unfortunately, airlines usually do not offer refunds, even with a medical certificate. You might contact the airline for further information. 
  • Do you have cancellation insurance? You may be able to file a claim a refund there.

Upon your request, we can provide proof of cancellation, if eg. your insurer requests this information.
