I did not receive my tickets yet?

It can take up 5 days after booking for your tickets to be confirmed, but generally you will receive your tickets shortly after booking.


You will receive the following documents from us at the email address used to make the booking:


  • Reservation request e-mail: This confirms that your payment was successful and that we are processing your reservation request. Your reservation is not yet confirmed.

  • Confirmation e-mail: This provides an overview of the reservation we have reserved with the airline (and/or other partners). After this, we request the airline to issue the tickets.

  • Ticket e-mail(s): You booking is now definitively confirmed with the airline. In this e-mail you will find all details eg. for check-in, in order to retrieve your boarding passes from the airline. 


Nowadays, you no longer receive a physical ticket or a separate PDF file. We are also not able to provide such documents.
