If you need to cancel your booking, please get in touch with us, or the airline.
Steps to cancel
- Go to this page and contact us
- Choose the option 'Cancel' in the form and select the correct reason.
- You might get an automated reply first. Please reply which flight(s) you want to cancel and which passenger(s) you want to request cancellation for.
- We will request the exact cancel conditions with the airline and will send you a cancelation proposal via e-mail.
- Carefully check the cancel conditions and confirm cancellation (if desired)
As soon as we receive your confirmation, we will process the cancellation and send you a confirmation by email. You can use this for, for example, an insurance claim.
Please note
- If you request cancelation for a return flight, but for the outbound flight only, the airline will cancel your inbound flight automatically. These are the conditions of the airline.
- In addition, a partial cancellation (only outbound or inbound) is usually not possible, unless you have booked two separate one-way tickets.
- Are you departing within 24 hours? Then also contact the airline directly. In these cases, often, we cannot assist you in time.
- More often you will not receive any refund when cancelling. If you don't agree, please get in touch with the airline or other service partner.
