You can easily create a personal profile on our website via MyTrips, using the email address you used to make your booking. If you use a different email address, unfortunately, your bookings will not be recognized.

Is your profile activated?

After registration, you will receive an email with an activation link.

  • This link is valid for 24 hours.
  • If you do not activate your profile within that time, you will need to register again.

Forgot your password?

No problem!

  1. Go to our website
  2. Click on ‘I forgot my password
  3. You will immediately receive an email with instructions to set a new password
