Any date of birth correction must be requested online via MyTrips and cannot be requested via phone or e-mail (due to nature of making mistakes). Select your trip online and start your request.
Important notes
- Sometimes the airline does not accept corrections.
- The airline’s conditions are always leading. We depend on their approval.
- Changes from baby to child/adult or child to adult (and vice versa) are generally not allowed and/or will incur the price of new ticket.
